Biography
Marc Michalic is the Chief Executive Officer & President of Lanmarc Landscape Management Inc.
Marc began his horticulture career at the age of 13 while mowing lawns of residential homes around his neighborhood. By the age of 18, Marc formed his first residential landscape company, American Horticultural, while attending New York Botanical School of Professional Horticulture. As Marc gained a valuable education at school and on-the-job training while working on residential properties, Marc decided to branch out into larger types of property.
In 2010, Marc launched Lanmarc Landscape Management Inc. and began landscaping at larger commercial properties including shopping centers, cooperatives, high rise condominiums, universities, restaurants, and industrial properties. Marc currently services over 80 accounts throughout Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Marc works for large real estate owners including Mattone Group and John B. Lovett & Associates, LeHarve on the Water, Cryder House, Long Island University, and the NYC Department of Education.
Marc has won the 2015 Rising Stars award.
